Creating an account is totally optional — you’re welcome to check out as a guest anytime.

That said, having a login does make life a little easier. You’ll be able to save your shipping info, track orders, peek at past purchases, and reorder your favorite colors without hunting through old emails. It’s like having your own little mosaic dashboard. Click Here to create your personal Login.

But if you’d rather skip the login and get straight to the fun stuff (shopping!), that works too. We’re happy either way!

Payment Methods – We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and personal checks and purchase orders. If you wish to pay by check or purchase order, please see additional instructions below.

WitsEnd Mosiac uses Braintree, a PayPal Service, as our 3rd party credit card processor. Braintree is a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant service, meeting the highest degree of industry standards and guidelines.

Your order will ship once payment is received and processed. Please allow a few business days for your check to clear after it arrives.

We accept official purchase orders from schools, churches, and other organizations. If you are an organization, pre-approval is required. Pop over to our Contact Us page to get started.

You can submit your PO in one of the following ways:

• Online: Place your order, select “Purchase Order,” and add your PO Number. Once you have placed your order, email us a copy via the Contact Us Page.
• By Mail: Send your PO to the address above.
• By Email: Email us your PO via the Contact Us Page.

Your order will ship once your purchase order has been approved and processed.

If you need expedited service, please call us immediately to verify that we can meet your delivery requirements. We cannot ship urgent orders after 12:00 p.m. CST until the next business day, even if you’ve selected next-day air.

We will do our best to accommodate if possible, but we have pick-up deadlines, and once pick-up is complete, we can't ship additional orders.

If you need an out-of-stock color to finish your project, give us a call or use the Contact Us page to submit your request. We hold back a small amount of material for just such an emergency and would be happy to send it if we have it.

We do not ship "backorders". If we are out of stock, you will be notified so that you can select a replacement. If you do not wish to choose a replacement, we will deduct that item from your order total.
